A Professional with a Strong Background 

Tanja’s career is marked by a strong foundation in financial operations and logistics. Her ability to handle complex tasks with accuracy and attention to detail sets her apart. She is extremely good at problem-solving skills, and excels in maintaining records and ensuring compliance. These attributes have not only made her an invaluable team member but also a trusted mentor to our new additions. 

Seven Years in America: Building a Strong Foundation 

Before joining Z Omni Serve Marketing, Tanja spent seven productive years in America. Her time there was extremely important in shaping her career and polishing her skills. That said, she began as a dispatcher, managing logistics and operations efficiently. This role was critical in developing her organizational skills and her ability to manage time-sensitive tasks. 

After that, she transitioned into finance and took on greater responsibilities. She managed all aspects of her company’s financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Tanja was meticulous in preparing and analyzing financial statements, and she ensured accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.  

Her role required her to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve payment discrepancies. This experience not only broadened her financial expertise but also sharpened her negotiation and interpersonal skills. 

An Indispensable Part of Our Team 

Tanja’s transition to Z Omni Serve Marketing was seamless, thanks to her extensive background and skill set. As a back office agent, she plays a crucial role in our daily operations. Her responsibilities are mixed and varied, from data entry and verification to information updates. She is an expert at handling payments, maintaining bank records, and verifying player information. Tanja’s role is crucial in providing back office support, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. 

One of Tanja’s standout qualities is her effective communication with cross-functional teams. She collaborates closely with different departments, particularly in the areas of deposits, withdrawals, and fraud prevention. Her ability to work seamlessly with various teams enhances our overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

A Mentor to New Additions 

Beyond her operational roles, Tanja has taken on the significant responsibility of mentoring new team members. Her wide knowledge and experience make her an invaluable resource for newcomers. Tanja has a patient and supportive approach, guiding new employees through their initial stages and helping them integrate smoothly into the team. Her mentorship has been instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment. 

Work-Life Balance is Crucial 

Tanja’s dedication to her work is evident and invaluable. However, she would not be able to do her work as well as she does, if she didn’t have hobbies and things that inspire her and make her happy. As someone who has traveled a lot, Tanja’s goal is to see as much of the world as she can and enjoy every step of the journey. When she’s not traveling, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, exploring nature, and caring for animals.  

Tanja Djenadic’s journey from a dispatcher in America to a key member and mentor at Z Omni Serve Marketing is nothing short of inspiring. We are proud to have Tanja as a part of our team, and we look forward to many more years of her exceptional service.
