Educational Background
Nikoleta is also studying at the Department of Higher School of Health Sciences, where she is being taught to become a laboratory assistant. Her venture into the health industry started after graduating as an industrial pharmacist. This equips her with a good sense of accuracy, responsibility, and detail orientation — traits which she also employs to work at Z Omni Serve Marketing.
Professional Role
As a back office agent, Nikoleta is tasked with seamless operations in the background. She does administrative tasks, supports various departments, and helps us keep our day-to-day business running smoothly. Her organizational skills and dedication to work make her a valuable member of our team.
Volunteering Experience
Nikoleta’s passion for helping others started during high school. She volunteered in several youth organizations such as KOMPAS, JAZAS, and Connecting. These have provided her with experience in leadership, communication, and teamwork. Her attempt to contribute to society is a testament to her kind and caring nature.

In her spare time, Nikoleta enjoys reading books. Fiction, self-help, or study books, she reads to learn more. She also loves traveling and exploring new places, spending most of her time with friends and creating memories that will last an eternity.
