The role and required skills
We are looking for a reliable self-motivated and self-driven candidate, that has a ‘can
do’ attitude and is willing to learn new things and does not panic in unfavorable conditions.
○ Payment approvals, rejections and processing
○ Manual payment management
○ Balance adjustments
○ Monitoring of automated payment systems and act whenever necessary
○ Generate payment reports
○ Communicate effectively with other departments that are intrinsically connected
with Payments, such has risk and fraud or Customer Support.
○ Contribute to the constant improvement of processed and procedures within the
team/department
○ Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly pick up different software’s
and tools.
○ Very strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
○ Ability to manage workload, whilst working quickly and precisely under pressure
○ Fluent English, both spoken and written.
