Back-Office Support
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Back-office agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, management and reporting on the payments department.
Candidate will be responsible to handle all the payment inflow and outflow of our brands.
This role requires a combination of analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and Data checking
- Information update
- Reconciliation and correction of data entries
- Communication with other teams linked with Payment sector
- Business develop contribution
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly pick up different software’s and tools.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Very strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to manage workload, whilst working quickly and precisely under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles in iGaming industry.
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- IT Certifications.

Working Conditions:
Shift work:
Daily shifts: 07:00 -15:00
15:00 – 23:00
Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00
Work schedule: 5 working days, 2 days off (weekends are working days)
