We are looking for a Junior Sportsbook Risk Analyst to join our growing team.

Your field of responsibility
Interesting and challenging work in Sportsbook Operations, Risk Management and Player
Profiling for one of the biggest Sportsbook and Exchange in India.
You will be responsible to drive the Sportsbook destiny through accurate and analytical
decision-making processes with the help of the Senior members. Training is provided.

The role and required skills
We are looking for a reliable self-motivated and self-driven candidate, that has a ‘can do’
attitude and is willing to learn new things and does not panic in unfavorable conditions.

The main requirements are:
○Sports enthusiasm is a must
○ Sports betting background is ideal either as a punter or a former employee in
a sportsbook as a junior trader or junior odds compiler, junior analyst.
○ Fluent English, both spoken and written.
○ Ability to work unsocial hours including weekends and Public Holidays
○ Manage the keys for all leagues, events, markets on offer
○ Manage betting limits of all leagues, events, and markets on offer
○ Realtime bet monitoring, mainly Cricket
○ Responsible for player profiling and segmentation through guidelines
○ Create and feed second line support to other areas of the business
○ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, detail-oriented approach
○ Ability to manage high workload, whilst working quickly and precisely under
pressure
